"As a Counselor, I ensure that my clients feel heard and empowered. I follow the approach that you are the expert in your life. You are the driver, but I can assist with the navigation, exploring the map to guide you through your options, getting you where you want to be as a person. We will work collaboratively to construct the plan that best suits you and your wellness journey."
