Easy Rx Refills

Getting medication refills for current patients is fast and easy. Simply send an email to our secure address, rx@leesidewellness.com, and provide the following information:

• Patient’s first and last name
• Patient’s Date of Birth
• Medication to be refilled
• Pharmacy name and location

Please allow 48–72 business hours for processing, within the allowable refill due date restrictions.
