In addition to her background as an emergency department nurse, Teara also specialized in the sensitive and crucial field of forensic nursing. As both a Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse and an Adult Sexual Assault Nurse, she demonstrated a profound commitment to advocacy and healing for survivors of sexual violence. Teara’s compassionate approach and specialized training enable her to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that survivors receive the medical attention, emotional support, and resources they need to begin their journey toward recovery.
